At Alira Fine Jewelry (“Alira,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted using natural materials and expert craftsmanship.
Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike. Subtle variations in stone characteristics, finish, texture, weight, or measurements are part of the process — and part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.
Materials + Accuracy
We take great care to ensure that all materials used — including gold purity and diamond specifications — align with what is described.
Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, minor variations may occur. Unless otherwise expressly stated, minor variations of approximately ±5% in stated weights and measurements may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
Natural gemstones may exhibit variations in color, clarity, inclusions, pattern, and other characteristics. These natural variations are unique to each stone and, where consistent with the piece's described specifications, are not considered defects.
Select pieces may include certification or reports issued by the International Gemological Institute (“IGI”), reflecting an independent assessment at the time of issuance.
Product images, videos, and renderings are intended for illustrative purposes only. Actual appearance, scale, proportions, color, and finish may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, craftsmanship, and natural material characteristics.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your piece materially deviates from its described specifications beyond acceptable tolerances, we're here to make it right.
We will review each case carefully and, where appropriate, may offer one of the following:

repair of the piece,

replacement with a comparable piece, or
-
refund of the original purchase price.
Any resolution will reflect the quality standards we hold ourselves to at Alira.
Care + Use
Fine jewelry is made to be worn and enjoyed for years to come. While many pieces of Alira are designed with everyday wear in mind, thoughtful care and proper storage will help preserve their beauty over time.

Clean gently with a soft microfiber or jewelry polishing cloth.

For gold and diamond jewelry, use mild soap and warm water when needed, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

For pieces featuring colored gemstones, avoid prolonged exposure to soaps, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and abrasive surfaces. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth only.

Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, saltwater, harsh chemicals, and activities that may subject your jewelry to excessive force, impact, or abrasion.

Store each piece separately in its Alira jewelry box when not in use.
Natural wear over time is expected and part of the lifecycle of fine jewelry.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Our Quality + Craftsmanship policy is intended to address concerns relating to the materials, craftsmanship, or described specifications of your jewelry. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, excessive force, harmful environmental exposure, loss or theft, and modifications or repairs performed by third parties are not covered.
