“Ready to Ship” pieces typically ship within 1 week of purchase. “Made to Order” pieces are created after an order is placed and typically ship within 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Complimentary insured shipping is included on all U.S. orders. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delay.

Returns

At this time, purchases are final sale, subject to our Quality + Craftsmanship policy and applicable law.

If your piece materially deviates from its described specifications beyond acceptable tolerances, please contact us so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Any approved return or remedy must be received in unworn, unused, unaltered condition, with all original packaging, certificates, reports, receipts, tags, and accompanying materials included where applicable.
